Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Acceptable items must be unworn, undamaged and unaltered.
Unfortunately we do not provide return labels as stated in our policy,
however, our customers are free to ship their returns using their preferred courier service.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and correct any issues.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the exchanged item, is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can proceed with making a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
